The Rules of RAW European championship EUROLIFTING 2010

.The prize fund is formed of the entry fee of sportsmens and sponsors. Its size depends on quantity of Championships participants. First three places in Absolute of PRO divison are awarded money.

Age Divisions:

OPEN: 24-39
(A Teenager, Junior or Master can also compete in the Open class.)
MASTER: 40+
JUNIOR: 20-23
TEENAGE: -19
For women only OPEN age division.

Two divisions: AMATEUR and PRO. There are money prize for the winners in PRO. Absolute winners will be calculated according to the factor of Glossbrener.

Weight Classes (kg)of AMATEUR division:

Men - 52; 56; 60; 67,5; 75; 82,5 90; 100; 110; 125; 140; +140

Women - 44; 48; 52; 56; 60; 67,5; 75; 82,5; 90; +90

In PRO division only OPEN age division.

For participations in PRO division it is necessary to execute the next norms (or more):

Mens, bench press(weight class - bars weight):

60 kg - 130 kg; 67,5 kg - 150 kg; 75 kg - 165 kg; 82,5 kg - 175 kg; 90 kg - 185 kg; 100 kg - 195 kg; 110 kg - 200 kg; 125 kg - 210 kg; 140 kg -215 kg; +140 kg - 220 kg

Powerlifting, mens (weight class - bars weight):

60 kg - 500 kg; 67,5 kg - 555 kg; 75 kg - 600 kg; 82,5 kg - 635 kg; 90 kg - 665 kg; 100 kg - 690 kg; 110 kg - 715 kg; 125 kg - 740 kg; 140 kg -760 kg; +140 kg - 780 kg

Weight Classes (kg)of PRO division:

75 kg, 90 kg, 110 kg, +110 kg and absolute winners.

Meets are RAW. Wrist wraps and up to 2.5m knee wraps may be worn.

There are three commands in bench press: "START", "PRESS", "RACK".

Entry fee - 60 euro
